    Bundle of Sales

Can anyone tell me if they know anything about 'Bundle of Sales'; website: bundledtopsales.co.uk/

Has anyone brought anything from them? Are they any good? What is their service like? Are they scammers? You can P.M. if you cannot post any comments on a public forum.

I am looking at some of their deals and I do not want to fork out my hard earned money unless I can be certain they are not scam artists. I've never heard of them and some of their deals seem too good to be true.

Any help would be appreciated ladies and gentlemen.

P.S. I've lost some of voting power, so I am feeling a bit gutted.

    Fake if you ask me:

What is your policy for returning items?
Please choose your items carefully as we do not accept refunds or exchanges unless items are defective or not sold as advertised.

Also seems to be a very new site:

    Domain name:
    bundledtopsales.co.uk

    Registrant:
    anthony scott

    Registrant type:
    UK Individual

    Registrant's address:
The registrant is a non-trading individual who has opted to have their
address omitted from the WHOIS service.

    Registrar:
Dollamore Ltd t/a StreamlineNet [Tag = STREAMLINENET]
    URL: streamline.net

    Relevant dates:
    Registered on: 24-Aug-2009
    Renewal date: 24-Aug-2011

    Registration status:
    Registration request being processed.

    Name servers:
    ns1.streamlinedns.co.uk
    ns2.streamlinedns.co.uk

contact phone number and address for BundledTopSales GB U.K Ltd at bottom of
    bundledtopsales.co.uk/CON…htm
Maybe best to burn a few pennies on a phonecall to satisfy yourself rather than the thought of risking £s?
Can't immediately find any record of BundledTopSales GB U.K Ltd at Companies House.

Thanks guys. From your replies and my instinct, I would say it's a scam.

    Says scam straight away.

Any UK business using a xx.uk domain must always show their information on the WHOIS database - by law.

If the business owns the domain name, that would seem appropriate.
If the business does not own the domain name, I am not sure if any obligation to show that business' contact details is applicable, although any business not having full control of it's trading domain would be leaving itself open to potential loss of trade should the domain registrant ever decide to be non-cooperative.
I could suggest occasions when a business may ask another party to register a domain of its behalf (registration agent, developer, etc), and in which case it would seem perfectly acceptable for the registrant to be seen as the 3rd party and not the actual buisness.
But I have no specific legal knowledge, so maybe not... :w00t:
