Im waiting for the new shape ST version before buying a new fiesta dont really want a lower cc engined Zetec S but they are very tempting......

Main dealers seem to have some good deals if you have the cash.

lol they wont take my cash keep screaming finance at me, lol i can get the cash but they have a deal on pay just under half then start paying next year for the rest.. id love the st but i fear it would be abit out of my price range

You actually looking at buying one outright?

Lingscars do personal contract hire but way cheaper than the ford options thing. We've been looking at the 1.6TDCI and it works out less than £200 a month.

What i do is use the likes of Broadspeed.com which will find you the cheapest dealer price deal in Britain. I then phone round all the local dealers stating that this dealer (give name of dealer etc in such and such a place) is doing it for this price. Tell them to call you back before the end of the day if they can beat that price. This saved me over 10% on my new Astra VXR when i did this and has now got me £5000 of my new Audi (a car which not normally discounted).

Just make up some bumf that it wouldn`t bother you having to travel the miles to cheapest dealer as you have friends there or pass that way etc. You know what i mean. But you would prefer for a local dealer to buy from and keep services etc with local dealer.

A quick peek at Brodadspeed shows a new Fiesta 1.25 60ps Studio 3dr as list price of £8514, with broadspeed cheapest deal price of £7412 or you can get a pre-registered one for £6901.

    HTH.

    Go to the Lake district.
My ex works in ASDA there, you're shure of a bonk.

    Ooh, another Barnsley girl!

My boyfriend had a really bad experiece with Barnsley Polar, were really rude and in the end he ended up walking out on them. Tried to force him into things he didn't want but he's stubborn so just ended up getting mad!

Swears never to step foot in the place again lol.

Would maybe suggest not buying one brand new as they lose so much value the minute you drive it away!

But if you've got your heart set on one I'd maybe venture a bit further away from Barnsley and go to Sheffield or Wakefield.
