Hi guys, just a quick question that I am hoping someone can help answer.
I have been looking at houses and have seen a few where the buildings have been separated into flats and one of the flats for example are occupied by a lease holder.
What happens if I buy the whole freehold of the other flat and the whole building. Can I kick the other leaseholder out or am i stuck with them until their lease finishes? I know the freeholder has to always offer the leaseholder an option to purchase first so surely if they decline you can end their lease early when you takeover the freehold?
