Buying O2 Priority tickets from another persons account, who won't be attending.. Possible?

Looking to get some O2 Priority tickets via my mums account, for me and the misses, mother won't be attending. Is this possible? I was at the venue the other night and no one stopped and checked to see if I was the ticket name holder.

First time in nearly 10 years where I jumped ship from O2 to EE so this is unchartered territory for me.

I've certainly done it before with no problems.

Good to hear. Did you change the name on the ticket or account holder prior to doing it? Or just use account holder name?

I don't even remember the ticket having a name on it but it was a while ago. Either way I didn't change anything and it was fine.

I'd got tickets on my O2, for my kids to go to Brixton Academy, a few months back. No problem getting in. But if they could prove they were the account holder (by showing their O2 mobile account on their phone, they would have been given priority entrance).

I'm sure it will be okay, but might be worth checking.
