Right, around 4 months ago, i purchased a dualshock 3 controller of these guys, and the L1 button doesnt really work on it. (works on and off)

So im trying to contact these guys for a replacment as it comes with a 1 year warranty. However i have contacted them 3 times this week via email and have had no reply.
Does anyone have any expirence with returns with this company, or any suggestions on what to do about this problem.
