Calling all ChromeBook owners, has your keyboard stopped working correctly?

The ChromeBook is going through a constant reboot cycle. Prior to this, they keyboard stopped working correctly. Say for example I pressed "C", the key press would be acknowledged and rather than display the letter C, random numbers/symbols would appear.

I've spoken to Acer and my warranty expired 3 weeks ago. They want £55 just to collect the damn thing!

Can someone help? I managed to complete a Power wash before it completely died.

    Thanks

Have you spilt anything on it?
Sounds like a key is stuck.

No damage to the laptop and nothing has been spilt on it. And its every key, not just 'C'.

    Mind's fine on all keys.

You sure? Looks like the 'e' key is playing up with an intermittent issue?
