Hi all, can anybody recommend a cheap but cheerful car cigarette lighter powered tyre inflator with a gauge please? Only really looking to spend £10 really, its only to keep in the garage just in case. Many thanks!

We got one from home bargains for about a fiver. Nothing special but it does to job.

I bought this recently, works really well, inflates tyres from flat quite quickly:

I had this one previously and it was useless:

Bought this myself. Will put 60psi in a Transit tyre quite easily.

Also have a good gadget....

Great for jump starts. Saved my bacon a couple of times.

I've got a very similar one to the ring RAC600 as above. It looks exactly the same as mine but mine is a different brand bought from B&Q for about £20. It's lasted a few years and I use it regularly for cars / motorbikes and push bikes.
You won't get a 1/2 decent one for under £20 that'll last.

If it's for home use (rather than leaving in car boot) then get a manual one. If you store it carefully it will last you a lifetime. Here

Only manual mate...
check local Tkmaxx stores sometimes they have inflators for £5

Thanks all, I'm gonna go for one of those Ring ones with the digital gauge, looks like it's worth the extra £10 to get a good one that will last. Thanks a lot!

I won't recommend one if u already made ur mind up but I think it would be better in the car in case of emergency unless u got more than 1 then take it on long journeys at least
