    Can anyone help???

    Having problems with a company called Eckstronics.....

    Ordered something from them in April (17.99) with free delivery.
    Was at work when they tried to deliver, spoke to courier who said I'd got 5 days to collect which was April 21st.
    Did a 60 mile round trip on 17th only to be told Eckstronics had requested the parcel back.
    Now the company are saying they didn't and say they won't refund the full £17.99 as I have to pay postage (which was advertised as free)

    Surely they can't do this? Have raised a dispute with Paypal and tried to find info about my rights on Google but can't seem to get anywhere.

    Im sure they have to give you it at the price you bought it for if you have proof of purchase. Ie if you have an invoice sayign they offered free delivery then thats ehat they have to give you?

    That's what I thought, I've got the email invoice saying so but they just keep saying they have to refund minus postage that I never paid in the first place!

    Hmm go onto consumer direct you can email them about a problem and they will let you know

    Hi Natalie

    I am the manager at Eckstronics, I am currently replying from my home pc and don't have access to the full records, but, I have checked on ebay and checked the tracking, a delivery was attempted and a card was left by Business post, you could either rearrange delivery or collect yourself, the parcel was held at your local depot (60miles??) for 10 days before it was returned to us, we didn't request it back, it is normal practice with couriers, they will hold parcels for a number of days before they return to sender

    If you could email our ebay team and ask them to forward your email to me, I will resolve
