your employer should be providing you with all you need to do the job or at the very least a recommendation of what to get and from where

I have a Jabra BT2045 never had any problems with it, sound quality is very good and it's easy to use. They are around a tenner online loads of places sell them.

I have a plantronics one. always been happy with it. compared to today's options, it's pretty dated and budget but still works perfectly
if you're looking for something for the car, super tooth buddy seems like a good budget option. get it from eBay and not new from amazon!

headset as in for calls? Id just go on amazon and look at reviews. e.g. this has 87 5 star reviews and is £11.49 if its for music then you have many more options. I personally like to use my own high quality headphones plugged into a bluetooth adapter (I have a MW-600 but thats quite old and replaced with something else now)
