Can anyone recommend a decent fitness dvd please?

I'm wanting to buy a fitness DVD or two, but not sure what to go for. I think I'd prefer something cardio/aerobics based. Don't really go for the whole celeb fitness vids thing, but am willing to give them a try if they offer a decent workout. Will be starting off with a dreadful level of fitness *blushes*, but still want something that will really push me. I used to love the Y-Plan Physical, but they don't seem to make a dvd of it

Thanks

Thanks, I'd totally forgotten about him. I used to have some of those on video, my hubby thinks they're great.

I normally find Davina quite irritating, but if the dvds are good I can always give it a go.
