Can anyone recommend a good electric heat pad?

I need to buy an electric heat pad to try and ease back pain. Has anyone any recommendations of any purchased please?

i always use ice packs.

am in desperate need of the chiropractor again though, maybe you should try that? i've been good for atleast 6 months since last visits

Sometimes i use a freezer pack, (blue gel stuff)
other times i use heat, the heat packs dont last very long at all, so i use the above

Have you thought about a Tens machine? I hear they are good for back ache, not only for use during labour. might be worth investigating?
