Can anyone recommend a good quality, good value, reliable 1/4 torque wrench?

As per title. Been looking around and very hard to find one that has consistent good reviews and is in stock or reasonable price. There are the 2-25Nm ones that Wiggle and other bike shops do but they are never in stock and have skyrocketed in price, though they do seem very good quality.

B&Q do a £25 Magnusson 5-25Nm one that I could use a £3 voucher on. Little reviews on their site but the screwfix reviews are very mixed for the other sizes. Good for 1/2 but 3/8 has lots of reviews for sheared bolts at low torque values (But I know many idiots add anti-seize, oil and other products without realising this affects clamping force).

Extra kudos if you have personally checked the calibration.

Any help appreciated. Thanks.
