I'm looking for an SSD to update an older PC with an i7 processor. I guess I will need some kind of cady and is there any good software to make transferring all the files from the old hard drive over? Many thanks

I have taped one to a case floor before now. You can get a cady if you want a proper fit but you can usually fit one or 2 of the screws in from the old hdd's position anyway. Best thing about an SSD (other than the speed of course) is it doesn't matter if it moves around a little.
