TV is Blaupunkt 39/210 39 Inch Full HD 1080P LED TV With Freeview
and soundbar is Sony HT-CT60BT 60W Soundbar with NFC Bluetooth & External Sub R
I'll be very grateful for any help solving my problem

I used this:
amazon.co.uk/gp/…JQ/

It was powered into the wall socket with the included power adapter but I bought a USB cable later on which worked in the TV as well (would depend on the USB voltage of the TV otherwise it'll need to be plugged into the wall)

I've got a new TV now so if you want the above + USB cable for a tenner let me know and i'll post in the For Sale section.

There no need for that, the TV has red/white composite output and the speaker has the same input.

Thanks for all your help / suggestions. Gonna try a
FosPower (1.8m / 6ft) RCA Male to RCA Male [24K Gold Plated Connectors] Premium S/PDIF Digital Audio Coaxial Cable. If that doesn't work - I'll try the red/white/yellow cable.
Thanks everyone

They are completely the same thing RCA = red, white and yellow, you only need two of the three though because the yellow if for video, although you could use white and yellow it makes no difference what so ever.
Only diffe nice being the one I showed you on ebay is £0.99 for all three cables together and the one you are probably buying from Amazon is £5.99 for one cable and you will need two of them. £12 is mighty expensive for what they are, you used to get them free 5 years ago with the most budget vhs or dvd players.
