Can Argos vouchers be used towards the minimum spend for a £5/£10 voucher?

I'm going to spend a £25 voucher on a £50 (just over) order tomorrow but wanted to know if anyone can shed any light on this. Currently, Argos are offering £5 voucher on a £50 spend, would I get this if I use the £25 voucher or do I need to spend over £75 (if the £25 voucher doesn't count towards the minimum £50) to get the £5 voucher?

You should do as spending a gift voucher is the same as cash.

It would seem so, I hope that's the case when I go tomorrow as I need to use the voucher (expires in a few days...). It seems nothing really good is on offer in Argos now.

    Thanks for your reply.

Spending a voucher is exactly the same as cash, so you only need to spend £50 in total to get the next £5 voucher - not £50 plus your existing vouchers. We did this last year and there were no problems.

Just for future reference, I did manage to get the £5 off voucher after using the £25 voucher and £50 of my reward card.
