think it's possible if you install Kodi onto the firestick then when casting Kodi should be listed
Why not just install BT sports app on your fire stick and use it from there. As far as I know BT sports app only allow Chromecast to cast streaming live.
i can mirror my phone to my Samsung smart tv and watch bt sport no problem
in order to cast to firestick, your phone and fire stick must be connected to the same wifi connection. On your fire stick remote, press and hold the home button and select ' screen mirroring ' and then from your phones screenmirroring settings, connect your phone to the stick.

that's not casting though is it.casting basically diverts the stream to another device screen mirroring loses quality and you're unable to use your device.
