You might be able to pay an early termination fee (eg £10/moth for the remainder of the contract)

try phones 4u they might buy ur contract and give u a new one

Nope wont let you cancel unless terms have changed. Regarding minutes you can upgrade for a small amount.

As above. I asked about this a few years ago. I was told that I's have to pay a cancellation fee depending on how many months I have left.
In the meantime, if you receive an updated contract booklet, then I think you can have the contract chancelled.

there was a way to get out of orange, but think it was a month or two ago so prob no good to you, as louloo has sadi can you not lower/change the tariff, is it a 12 month or 18 month contract? Some are pretty good, especially if you are not getting what you need, maybe worth a call to where ever you took it out and see if anything can be done

Usually you can only do this when you are nearing the end of your contract...I think!

on orange, you can pay to have a bundle added for a couple of pound to have extra minutes, wap time, or text messages.

you can allways up your plan to more mins just cant decrease it

as for the phone just ebay it or sell it on here and get one you like

you cant get out without playing lots

What phone company is it with?

Most have online billing where you can see your calls itemised..... no need to pay for it!

i worked for t-mobile and we used to lower the tariff to the lowest if somoen lost there phone-we then sold them a new deal-its a while ago when you couldnt buy a cheap phone...

I still have t-mobile contracts and can change up and down as and when. Sometimes a dealer will tell you that you cant change and the network will do it (I think it can have an impact on their commission!)

you can see if you can check online billing here? and i have sold all networks and most would send a one-off itemised if you query the bill? or they can tell you online what the charge was for if you call them??
