If you're the original owner then yes. PAYG is £20. If you're not original owner then they will not unlock it on your say so, you'll need to get the original owner to request it

You can, but they can't give it to you there and and then. It has to be requested from Apple. So you might as well call CS, that's all the store will do. . .

so even i purchased it from someone else,
it also possibly can be unlocked? and i have to do is call orange CS?

You can try but I bought a friends iPhone and they would NOT unlock it on my say so. I had to ask my friend to call up. You may be lucky though, worth a try. I managed to get through to someone in the UK call centre and the supervisor as well. Good luck!

Yeah, only the owner they have registered can requested the unlock code, you'd have to get the person you bought it off to ask for it.
