Buyer has only just came up with a lame excuse. So i opened up a case just now. Do i have to wait until the case has been resolved, or can i just relist now?.

i had the same problem awhile back, you can actually contact ebay via live chat and they will advise u,i had to contact buyer they never responded then had to wait i think 7 days then i could relist, with ebay crediting my account the listing fees.

But what happens if your buyer then decides he/she wants it? I would wait until this is resolved

Same thing happen to me.. Can you give them bad feedback?

Not looking likely. Buyer says they have had to leave the country and will be looking to buy an xbox that will work abroad. Then wished me good luck on the resale.

Looking like i will have to wait 4 days.

An xbox! haha, what a coincidence. I sold my elite a few months back. The buyer won it for £80 inc postage (I thought they had a right touch) and wanted more but obviously I had to sell for that but then the buyer didn't want it because it didn't have a hard drive. So I cancelled it and she agreed that she didn't want it so I got my fee's back (maybe that would have been the easier thing for you to do, may be too late for you on this one though)

Anyway I relisted it and ended up getting £112 inc postage, so it worked out well for me in the end

Anyway good luck mate
