yeah should work fine the GTX 750 ti uses very little power in fact most dont even need a 4 or 6 pin at all

Just make sure that your PSU has enough power for your cpu and gpu running at max capacity, as well as a little more for anything else you have connected

I used something like this to power 2 RX480s:

With an 850w PSU

Yes, some cases/psus even come with an adapter.

As per #2, make sure the psu has enough juice to power whatever you buy. Do NOT go by the total wattage rating, check the power rating for the specific 12volt rail(s), to make sure.

I had a brand new 750W psu that wouldnt power up my psu because the gfx card wanted more than the single 12volt rail could supply, yet the same PC was previously working with an old 450Watt psu!!

well psu is 500w and processor is a pentium G4400 so should it be okay?

How old is it? Any genuine 500W PSU that's less than ~8 years old should already have those connectors so if it doesn't then it's unlikely to be a real 500W PSU.

Having said that, even if it's a falsely labelled unit with only 20A or so at 12V instead of the 34A+ a real 500W has it should manage a G4400 and 750ti.

it's just a cheap make I think but says 500w and I got it this year

As I said, you need to check the current requirements of the card, and compare to the claimed current output for the psu; bearing in mind that many non-name psu's will go BANG!! long before reaching their claimed output, and that all PSU's lose max output over time.

A decent psu will have 2-3 (or more) 12volt rails, cheap ones often only have 1, even if they claim 3.

You want the gfx on a rail of its own if at all possible.

dunno what you mean by rails and the make is winpower
