Reason i want to do this, is because i have no-ip ddns setup for ip cameras

i see in the home hub 5 admin there is a option for non-bt isp, but a username and password are required?

Failing that, is there any no-ip (free ddns) in the sky hub, (just joined sky fibre last night, currently with bt fibre)

Sky fibre does not use username/password. Instead they authenticate via MER (MAC address of a Sky fibre modem/router).
If your BT hub console does not give you the option for cloning MAC address then you won't be able to use it without a 3rd party firmware.
