Can I use existing lebara email for new lebara sim?

I’m porting from lebara to lebara via payg sim to keep my number. Comments say you should use a different email for the new sim. I purchased the new lebara sim from a link that used my current lebara email. So when I’ve received my new lebara sim should a register it with a new email or the email I used when I purchased the new lebara sim (that is the existing email on my present lebara account)?
