    Can you get a HDMI splitter than doesn't affect the quality?

    I would like to use the tv as my computer screen but only has 1 HDMI socket can i get a spitter that keeps the quality?

    No splitter can affect the quality on a digital signal.

    It can stop it completely, or work.

    Or to put it another way... 0 or 1.

    Amazon have basic ones for about £7 are they worth a try? or too cheap

    Seriously - as long as it doesn't literally fall apart, it will work.

    Is it a splitter that you need though? I take it you're looking to run two feeds through a single input (on the back of the TV). I though the splitters were used to 'split' one feed so that it could go to two inputs (i.e a TV and a Projector).

    Or do they work both ways :?

    yes looking to have xbox and pc into 1 hdmi port on the tv

    I got a simple 3 way box that just requires a button press on each. works fine with Laptop, XBOX 360 and Virgin+box.
    No picture degredation at all.

    Around £9 in Asda.
