Yep, no problem. As long as it is heated through properly, should be no issues.
    Happy second round of beef!

Aha, me too. I always eat out of date food and reheat but I did get a nice bout of Giardia in Egypt, put me off eggs for years as part of the sickness is eggy burps.

Of course you can . How do you think the cooked roast beef available in the deli section of your local supermarket gets there ?

    Dont know,but you've just asked a question.:{

    fry it

For years my mother would make roast beef on a Sunday. On Monday we would have it warmed up in left over gravy and on Tuesday the remains would be in the stew. I lived to tell the tale

Absolutely... and it shall probably be even tastier! So glad you asked the question and just didn't throw it in the bin!

    Google it.

vote for yes as the others have said.

    R.i.p

Always tastes better the next day.

Reheat/recook it thoroughly and it'll be fine.

If you're not, can I have your TV?

Slice it and simmer gently in gravy in the pot. Don't let it boil, just simmer it until it's completely heated. Overheating ruins the flavour.

Keep it in the fridge over night.....next day you'll see it just looks 'red' in the middle but 'dry'.
To cook it further slice it thinly and place it in a tray (as much as you need, the rest can be portioned and frozen). Cover with either hot gravy or boiling water and then simmer for a few mins to cook it through. Serve

a good point made many times on here and I did think the same but now I realise how useful a tool it is to ask on here, you get quick responses and good debate also if you're anything like me you end up sifting through loads of different articles with differing opinions and not are all correct so the result can be you end up even more perplexed.

95% of "answers" on hukd are incorrect

yes, well that's debateable, but at least it's in real time and you can question it there and then rather than trawling through mountains of searches to discern what is and isn't correct

if you're anything like me poor at reading I suppose it can be quite handy
