    I know you have a cooling off period if purchased online, bit if you purchase a suite instore do can you return it?

    I purchased it from a store and yes i did sit on it instore, but it is here now and it really is uncomfortable, like i said i think it is a no but it costs nothing to check:oops:

    is it a quality suite or a tin of roses ?

    heard its uncomfortable nothing worse than suite burns

    The best chance you have is to see if there is a more expensive one and they may part exchange it, they will be more likely to do this than any other option.
