Can you return an item on Prime Now for change of mind?

Was looking at ordering a mobile phone for my teenage son from Amazon Prime Now but cannot find any info on app about change of mind return in case he doesn't want that particular make.

Yes, but you have to pay for return postage.

Not in my experience, they send you a Collect plus label (IM them if they don't)

They send you the label then deduct the return postage fee from the refund amount. I returned some headphones last week, because they were faulty, and was charged £3.99.

They refunded the money when I contacted them and explained that I shouldn't be charged for returning a faulty item.
