Can you use a Debenhams Gift Card that has a designer brand on the card on any item in store, or just the brand displayed?

Got a Debenhams £25 Gift Card, it has YVES SAINT LAURENT logo on the front. I understand Debenhams sell a variety of gift cards with different brands on, Benefit, Clarins etc.

Question is can you purchase anything at all with these branded giftcards - or just stick to that brand on the card?

usually is for the store not just the counter, that's how it works in boots even if it is sold from beauty counter. I would imagine they are all the same. does it not say on back?
Standard terms and conditions on the back, however just wondering with the fact it has the brand on the front

The customer who bought your card bought it with that brand in mind, perhaps trying to give you a hint as what to buy with it.
You are free to buy absolutely anything in store, from any department.
You cannot buy another gift card with your gift card.
So I am definitely not restricted to buying only the brand on the front?
