Please help i bought a label somehow its taken of the delivery address and changed it to my personal address ! i need to cancel before 10pm so I can rebuy the label no one to help and the website just tells u u can cancel but doesnt say how!
Go to yours orders and click on the bin icon , that will cancel it and you’ll get an email confirmation . Evri are so unclear about this but this is the way to cancel it . Do check that you actually receive your refund within the stated time because I know they didn’t refund me and I had to chase it up after noticing it 3 weeks later .
Can't you go into order history and cancel from there?

I wouldn't dare click "delete" until I found this thread.
Like to cancel an order from Freemans went on orders with them and says being processed but has no tracking number and I’m trying to stop delivery even coming as will only be refused at door to go back ?
