canceling a blockbuster account online?

    I finish my free trial on the tomorrow and have sent all my dvds back but for like 3 days my accounts not letting me do anything cos it says my account is in "the process of being calncelled".. Thing is I dont even have the money in my account if they try to charge me tomorrow even tho Ive cancelled in good time and everything.. anybody else had anuthing similar? i cant call them till tomorrow and its driving me mad!
