think its 14 days with a contract:thumbsup: As i had same problem with nokia 5800 on 02 and you only get 14 days to cancel free of charge, Might be different with orange

I think you only have 14 days am afraid

Do they really cancel based on ' I don't like the phone'?

Yep, i used to work in the Link and we had people bring them back all the time

I highly doubt it!!!

Just asked my sis who is on orange and she said she got 14 days:thumbsup:

it is a 14 day cooling off period with most contracts and ii imagine all mobile phone companies are the same

14 days under the long distance sellers rights, your only option i guess is to either sell the phone, or give it to a family member and buy a new phone you will like lol

That is exactly what ive done with my contract phone:-D

yeh its a common practice really, jason will get a very good return on a htc hero, so should be able to buy a new phone he does like comfortably within margin, unless he decides to go for the iphone 3gs

You have 7/14 days under distant selling regs if you bought over the phone or on the net. If you bought in store there's on cooling off period.

what is 14 days mobile?pls tell me sm1
