Cancelling zalando order

      I purchased some slippers on the zalando website but then realised that I probably should have got a couple of sizes to try on (well
      my dad at Xmas) checked the email and it says you can cancel the order within an hour of ordering so have done that and reordered the same but in 2 sizes (+ a pair for myself). Order says it’s being picked but somewhere else says the cancellation is being made. Has anyone managed to cancel before despatch? I don’t mind as I can return the first order, but it’s a bit of a hassle and also looks like I’ve spent about £80 on slippers

      As long as you cancelled within the 1 hour time frame it should be ok, I’ve done it a few times
      Cool, glad to hear, even though it’s probably computer generated maybe because it’s out of hours it still shows as cancelling in progress or something. Will see tomorrow, if not, I’ll just return the first order. Thanks for replying
