Can't login to Amazon

Bought battlefield 1 and it's doing the thing where you gotta wait for a couple of hours. Trying to go on my Amazon account, but it says password incorrect. Changed password twice now still not working. Tried on phone, on chrome and Firefox. No success, anyone know how to fix?

Can you not create a new account to get online chat then explain the issue. You'll then give them your correct details.

So you want to go online to order something new or you want to check on your existing order made?

If buy something new, maybe try creating another account if you don't already have one? I'm not sure about the latter, have not been in that situation myself. Maybe try calling to rectify the account.

So I ordered Battlefield 1 because it is quite cheap, and when ordering it too prevent fraud they dont message you the key for around 4 hours. But I can't log into my account, because no matter how many times I change the password and enter it, it says incorrect password.

I don't want to make a new account yet because I dont want to lose the gaame that I pad for.
Tweeted at Amazon Help and they sent me a link to try and it get it resolved.
Was just wondering of anyone else had the same issue and if they could legitmately help me out.

Are you copy and pasting the password in?

Tried copying and pasting it in, still doesn't work. The only thing I can think is that they barred my account or something

I have issues in work it just keeps telling me to put the captcha details in and gets stuck in a loop.

Update: So used Amazon's call service and told the guy my problem recieved an email saying: Our attempts to verify the billing address and card details for your order have been unsuccessful at this time. Please arrange for the issuing bank of this card to contact us directly via fax on +44 208 636 9326 verifying your name, billing address associated with the card, and last digits of your payment card.

Your amazon.co.uk account and order will remain on hold until we can verify this information.

Thank you for your patience with our security measures.

So I replied back to them saying to delete my account and my order, I can't be bothered for this hassle and will just order elsewhere for a bit more

They closed your account for the above, sadly they got a old fashion method to verifying as I guess people have tried to forge documents which can be very easy.

I had to do this several years ago, I'm surprised they haven't improved this mechanism yet.

This was my first time ordering something on my account, done it multiple times for family members never had a problem like this.
As a massive company I'm surprised they had to verify like that, its a newish card, multiple other sites have used it fine, just not amazon...
