Car Breakdown Cover - Terms & Conditions - Do you think they've covered their backsides enough?

I was looking at taking out some breakdown cover, following my car breakdown, and noticed this a terms and conditions document.

This insurance does not cover the following: -

24. Direct or indirect loss, damage or liability caused by, contributed to or
arising from: -

a) Ionising radiation or contamination by radioactivity from an irradiated
nuclear fuel or from nuclear waste from the combustion of nuclear fuel.

b) The radioactive, toxic, explosive or other hazardous properties of any
nuclear assembly or nuclear component thereof.

c) Any results of war, invasion, act of foreign enemy, hostilities (whether
war be declared or not), civil war, rebellion, revolution, military or
usurped power.

Are they having a laugh?

How am I expected to take out breakdown cover with them if they won't cover me for war and nuclear related stuff.

I might as well not have cover at all!

They'd have to get paid time and a half to work those terms so to save a few quid its best not to go out when the mushroom is still bright red. lol
