im looking at quotes.

i was 1400 with aviva last year and its due on 23rd april.

ive done a new search on aviva and its came out £750 after 1 year. a saving of 650.

the only change in the details was including my middle name.

this is ok yea? also if i accept now and opt for monthly will they start taking cash in april or now?

Have you looked at any other sites? Were they cheaper/more expensive? This will tell you whether of not the quote for £750 is ok.

I would expect them to take money out in April, but the only people who could tell you for sure are Aviva.

arca u know aviva aint on the compare sites? might be worth trying

i've been checking out quotes myself as I am on a provisional licence so have looked for that and as a newly licensed driver, swiftcover come out best every time so I recommend getting a quote from them before u decide.

I always use Swift Cover, I dont know why but they are always the cheapest for me and the family. Must be where we live or something. And they used to give good quidco. I think it has gone down now. I like the way you can tinker with some of the car details and chuck up the excess to get the premium down. It did stink me when I wrote off my car though!!

Just keep your fingers crossed that you never need to claim from Aviva, they have a dreadful reputation.

mine went up £300 quid! I will write a post about this soon lol off to bed now lol

mine has nearly doubled, despite going from 4 years ncb up to 5!

my renewal went down from £112 to £87 per year

(honda civic 1.5)

Our car insurances went up a fair bit in dec, so we just phoned more than and they reduced it there and then. Always worth a quick call.

Not sure but I thought the quote only lasts for 1 month so you may need to start the policy early. did you put a start date?
