I've been looking into getting a new car and my local Arnold Clark (Linwood, Glasgow) do a lease on most of their Civics. I think it was just over £200 a month over 4 years for the 1.4 although I could be wrong.

You should maybe consider PCP finance as well. It offers lower monthly repayments, but leaves a large chunk to the end, but you can hand the car back at that point, sell it, or use it towards another new one.

Hope that helps.

Wow thats the best post i could have ever hoped for, thanks very much.

Im looking at getting it on a 2 or 3 year deal, 4 years is just way too long, its very strange that you can get the Type-R Civic for £189 pm but the 1.4 is more expensive! lol

thanks again.
