Thanks for your interest in my VW POLO, sorry for the delay but I already have many emails so I hope you'll understand that I need to sort them.

My name is Maria Lopev I have 35 years old . I am glad you are interested in my 2006 VW POLO SE TDI 70 .

First, I want you to know that I lived in London until 2 months ago, but now I'm in Bulgaria because I am

pregnant and I have decided to give birth here in my home country so I want to sell my car and move back here.

The car is in perfect working condition, no scratches, no dents, full service

history, HPI clear, no outstanding finance, non-smoking, never involved in any accident.

The car is still in UK and it is UK registered. Now I left it into eBay's warehouse , awaiting to be shipped to it's new owner. If you decide to buy it you will receive the original invoice, logbook, keys and all the documents to register it into your name .

Genuine reason for sale: unfortunately I can't sell it or register the car here because you know it is very hard to drive

a Right-hand car here and more of that I need money cash fast to secure a deal for a new apartment!

I want £2,200 for my car and the shipping fees are covered in this price !

Due to amount involved and due the fact that I am not located in the United Kingdom, I only accept third party

    transaction mediator.

I have chosen the ebay Shipping Center Program to take care of all the proceedings, so the car will be shipped

by ebay to the person who will want to inspect and buy it.

Beside shipping the car, ebay will act as the middle man - holding the payment until you receive and inspect

the car. You will have one week inspection period.

Regarding the payment method I would like to use ebay like a third part for the payment because in my opinion

this is the safest way to handle the transaction. You will have the car for inspection and test drive BEFORE

any money is released to me.

Waiting your reply if you are interested or if you want more details.

Here are some details and some pics of the car:

5 Doors, Manual, Hatchback, Diesel, 1 Owner. ABS, Adjustable seats, Adjustable steering column/wheel, Air conditioning, Alloy wheels, Central locking, Climate Control, Driver airbag, Electric mirrors, Electric windows, Head restraints, Folding rear seats, Immobiliser, Passenger airbag, Power assisted steering, Rear armrest, Remote locking, Radio/CD, Rear headrests, Full Service History.

    Ebay warehouse ?

    1001% scam of course

Bulgaria is the Nigeria of Europe

Mmmm sounds dodgy to me. Do Ebay have a warehouse where they hold goods ??

I've never heard of the E-Bay shipping program.

This was on Autotrader site yet held by E-bay.

    I smell bull excrement somewhere.

    without a shadow of a doubt, that's a scam!

Definatley a scam, I received a similar thing from a car advertised in Exchange and Mart, a VW Tourag was priced about £4000 cheaper than anyone else, they said they were in Switzerland and couldn't sell their as it was a right hand drive, he used to work here and bought it here and took it back now couldn't sell, just didn't sound right to me and I certainly wasn't going to pay to import it!

Right hand drive cars are regularly sold on e-bay.

Edit : Oops I see couldn't sell it there. My Bad

Scammier than a scammy thing from scammersbourne.

uber scam stay clear! the minute i read hello my name is maria lopev i thought scam lol

]This must be what the poor lass is thinking of!

Seems to have got ebay.co.uk, autotrader and ebay.com (or ebay.scam) all muddled up.

Still, looking on the bright side, the birth won't add more strain to the NHS! :-D

("What birth?" I hear you cry...)

Unfortunately some mug will probably fall for this as they may be new to ebay and not know about the "warehouse".

    Cheeky bar-stewards.

The fact that people have to get an opinion on whether stuff like this is a scam is alarming!

As everyone has said it's a blatant scam, here's an example one that was followed for a bit which is almost identical:
