    Caramel Cheesecake..

We're entertaining next week and as as dessert, are doing a No Bake Caramel Cheesecake. Has anyone previously made (not bought) one of these, and if so can you recommend a nice receipe

We normally make orange choc or mint cheesecake, but thought we'd push out the boat and try a Caramel one! Not sure wether to do a cameral /biscuit base or a caramel topping..

    Cheers in advance.

I do baileys and it goes down a storm everytime, or Flake is good too. If I can find recipe I'll post it you could try chopped caramel in it instead?
