Do not, do not under any circumstances order a phone from carphone warehouse on line or by telephone. To put it quite simply. They lie through there teeth. I have now been waiting in for my delivery for four days. Each day I have called after waiting in and been promised that i would 'certainly receive the phone tomorrow'- complete lies.

Also if you wish to make an enquiry you will have the privilege of having to wait in a queue on a premium rate line.
WITHOUT A DOUBT THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED!

DO NOT USE, DO NOT USE!
I am now waiting to chat to customer service again and have been waiting in the queue for over half an hour.

I now prey they go Bankrupt

You pray they'll go bankrupt?? Haha, you'll never get your phone then!! :whistling:

i've had no problems with cpw...and i will continue to purchase phones from them....

Had exactly the same happen to me a year ago they are jokers!!!

IMO they ave the worst returns policy too!! Once you switch the phone on use it, you cannot return the phone for a refund so be careful!!

I strongly recommend staying well clear from CPW

I think that's illegal, if you buy from then on-line you've got something like 7 days from delivery to send back for a full refund. And for most mobile contracts, there's a 14 day peace of mind guarantee I'm pretty sure...

You can switch them on and still return them if you change your mind if bought on line, you just cant use them, policy is..

For mobiles, you can remove the packaging and turn the mobile on. You cannot make or receive calls or texts; go online; download anything; or use any of the functions (such as change settings, save data, add a contact or take a picture).
