Carphone Warehouse Virgin Deal

Hi, I recently joined Virgin Mobile with a deal of 1500 minutes, unlimited text, 3 GB of data, for a 30 day rolling contract at £8 per month. This is my first month, and Virgin have been in touch to say I've used 75% of my data for the month. On their records I only have 1 GB data, not 3, yet my contract information clearly states 3 GB. I've spoken to CPW and got nowhere, and they passed my through to Virgin, who told me to contact CPW. Any ideas folks? Thanks in advance

try both companies ceo department ceoemail.com/ virgin will probably respond in 24 hours or less, when you are on ask them to move you to the £4 5GB unlimited everything due to the inconvenience.
