Carrera bike wheel replacement

Found 7th Mar 2016
This is exactly my bike: halfords.com/cyc…015
A Carrera "cyclocross bike" and I'm looking for replace the rear wheel because it's got damaged.

So what I know:
1. It's got to be a 700c size.
2. I need a alloy wheel instead of steer or carbon (can't afford)

Other than these I have no idea what are the other specs need to be considered before buying a wheel. My budge is around £50-60 or less for a single wheel, if anyone's got any recommendations that'll be great!

Thanks a lot guys!

your existing rear hub should fit onto there unless that is also damaged?
I have a Carrera, the bike had been in a bad accident and the rear wheel was like a folded taco. I just purchased a new rim from Chainreactioncycles and re used the hub and spokes and the wheel is 100% true.
Check your spokes as you get a lot of options with type and quality.
