Cashback After Receiving A Replacement TV

    Has anyone been declined their cashback becasue they had to return a product because it was faulty?

    Even though they got a straight replacement? No refund etc

    I'll deal with it when and if it happens but I've been advised (by Topcashback) that I may have my claim declined by 1stAudiovisual due to my situation

    That would seem very unfair

    Topcashback will be trying to help me get it though



    You may still have a problem as the original transaction may well show as refunded on their system.

    Had a tv go faulty at about 3 weeks , got it replaced in the end despite Dixons terrible service and still got my cashback but that was with Dixons ,if you do get problems then im sure it will get sorted out easily enough as like you said you only had it replaced you still entitled to cashback
