Catchy, interesting, intelligent name for a DIY shop?

Found 10th Jul 2012
Me and my brother are opening a small DIY shop(got the keys today). Empty shop, got it 2 months rent free to sort out everything.

Any suggestions for a catchy name...do not want to use our initials.

I came up with "Your Local DIY Shop" and "The One Stop DIY Shop"

Also i heard from someone that i can get discount on my business rates, free for the first year then 50% off. Can anyone confirm this.

Thanks in advance.
