I can't say much about Swann because I havn't used them but I can vouch for Hikvision being great.

If I was you I'd buy a UK Hikivison NVR for around £130 and then buy the Hikvision 4mp cameras from China, they are around £55 each. They are 4mp cameras so they record in 2560x1440 and are fantastic quality. Then buy a WD Purple Hard drive for storage.

Totally agree with joshp. I have also fitted Swann and have had 3 fail because of fans noisy and also failing fans.

The price of the new standard has been dropping (AHD,TVCI) and it works with Coax/12v or shotgun as it's known. stick to ahd if u can

depends on what you can get your equipment priced at really ebay or local shop...always haggle.

I presumed you was looking for the best deal however as the price doesn't seem to relevant then yes, feel free to order a Hikvision Package from the UK.

Just an FYI, the hassle would be setting up everything and fitting all the camera's ect.. not making a few clicks with your mouse ordering them from separate places.

Did you go for it? if so how is it?

I'm also on the look out for a system as I might have had 2 tyres slashed over the last week or tow and I have another tyre that has also got a cut/slice in it that will probably need to get replaced. I need to be able to adjust the camera also as I don't always park in the same place.

Not yet been holding on for the Swann but the one above I think will be just as good I've had Swann in the past & never had a problem with them
