I emailed Cdiscount about a Broadband modem they have for sale. The model number isn't on the listing and it makes a difference which one it is. This is the conversation so far.

    Dear Tony

    Thank you for your email.

Unfortunately we do not have that information to hand, if possible we would suggest contacting 'three.co.uk mobile for this model number.

    Dear "customer services team"*

With the greatest respect how would .three.co.uk know what items you have in stock?

This item could be any number of items that look very simular.

I feel they would look on me as some sort of nutter.

I look forward to your reply

    Tony

I emailed tesco dvd rental about why I had to fill out a form for a dvd they never sent me and they replied by saying they are sorry to hear that I hadnt received the form.
    Bunch of idiots.

I just found it on the site map,it asks why you're unsubscribing from the newsletter,i selected the "receiving too many emails" option:thumbsup:
