April 1. My Existing membership ran out yesterday 27/8 and when attempting to redeem this code via microsoft redeem

During my conversation xbox were v helpful however would not reveal personal info etc but the user account telephone code is confirmed registered as +86 China & Chinese user name.
I have previously purchased xbox codes with cdkeys without issues. The first time I viewed this code on my cdkeys.com
account was yesterday 27/8/2020 when I attempted to redeem it.
Will wait for a response from ccdkeys but my concern is that :
1. cdkeys account security has been compromised
2 cdkeys have sold the key to another user
Anyone else had/ resolved similar issue with cd keys?

Wow that's very good customer service from cdkeys to replace the key even though issue still under investigation. Confirm the new key has been redeemed ok no issues. Certainly gives me a better impression of cdkeys as a legitimate company dealing with customer issues......wonder if they saw this thread
So if they have seen this thread, good job CDKeys, you just gained a future customer.
My previous codes from cdkeys all arrived via email with a download link. ..... codes now are viewable via the cdkeys.com account> my orders hence wondering if somehow site security compromised.
Encouraging to note you both got replacements via support.

Thanks for your reply and yes have seen similar reports elsewhere that cdkeys may respond in this unhelpful way.
Cdkeys have already stated to me that the code was sent only to me and was valid and unused when sent. My concern is that up until the time I attempted redeem the code I had not visited the cdkeys website/ viewed the code since purchase.
Cdkeys customer service response today = To help resolve this quickly, I've escalated this to the relevant support team. We will be back in touch with you as soon as possible.

they do that for a while saying cheak code entered probably etc bla bla
It was 42 hours in total from initial contact which included me contacting xbox support etc...... am happy with the timespan
Would not be surprised if they have a contact/ connection with HUKD going by the sheer volume of CDkey deals posted
