    Center Parcs advice/tips (thanks!)

im going to CP on friday for the weekend! hurrah. second time we are going and going back to Elveden Forest. However, its gonna be slightly different this time as im pregnant and having a few problems with my pelvis which are restricting how much walking and what activities i can do.

pretty much doing NO activities and defo no cycling. so any avice/tips ...i wont be using the pool either...hubby will prob go in with the lil uns (have 2 sons, 6 and 2) and was thinking of going to spa at that time. but looking on the map it looks MISSIONS from the central pat (where the villa is). was wondering those of u who use the spa facilities etc, is it a real trek. i cant walk very far at all

any other tips advice be appreciated!

    thanks

You can hire a mobility scooter :whistling:

    centerparcs.co.uk/inf…jsp

f14, they have wheelchairs/mobility scooters for hire

I know how awful the pain is with it.

thats what you should do-seriously-why should you not get out and about and enjoy your time away? its YOUR holiday too-not just hubby and kids.

Especially as you cant sit by the log fire and get sozzled

    Starbucks!

Centre parcs do them pull along buggies for the bikes, do you think you could fit in one of them?

I seem to remember their being a spa pool by the main pool as well which would be nice and relaxing,

I would hire the mobility scooter hun! If you have pain walking them you def should!

Hope you have a great time xx

I went to CP when i was pregnant , I had symphysis pubis dysfunction so couldn't walk much either, i spent most of my time in the chalet tbh, i think we stayed in villa 934? which was just over a 10 min waddle for me! so 5 mins walking time. If you know your villa number then check their website, it has approx walking times to all the places.

If you are over 12 weeks pregnant, then they do a Mother to be massage at the Aqua Sauna which is meant to be fantastic.

Hope you have a great time

Sit by the forest watching the wildlife, supervising your kids to make dens and treehouses. Spot the wildlife and birds, defo take or buy some binoculars. But ask if you can have one of the cabins with a parking space and allow to drive around the park.

Oh and plenty of barbeques
