CEX have given me a tracking number but there is no record of the item
I ordered a 3DS XL from CEX and they emailed me to say it was posted out on 28/12/16 - they gave me the tracking number - being delivered by a company called DX. However, I've just checked on the DX website to get an update, and there is no record of the tracking number. I called their office and was told they have nothing to deliver to me with that tracking number - has anybody had problems with a tracking number issued to them by CEX before? Thank you.
