    CEX - online orders keep getting cancelled.......

    Does anyone know how you can complain higher up instead of having to go through the 'contact us' method that seems to be getting ignored.
    I have placed approx 15 orders in the last month and half of them have been cancelled with the "Unfortunately on this occasion we were unable to source your goods, and have unfortunately had to cancel your order" excuse.
    The latest of this was just this morning, i have just checked the item online and when ordered it was showing as 1 in stock, NOW it is showing as 4 instock.
    WTF!!!
