No, making everyone aware of the sale of charlie hebdo in the UK.

Then asking a question. Note: making everyone aware comes first

I'm sure if you go to your local stockists they may have one.

I live in Birmingham I doubt there will be any for sale here!

I'm sure there will be if you look hard enough, Birmingham is a big city.

It's a funny old world, 2 weeks ago, I suspect that very few of us had even heard of Charlie Hebdo.

    I certainly hadn't.

    I wouldn't waste your money.

I wonder if Libraries will order it in if requested?

    Difference of opinion,

I think its money well spent.

    Freedom of speech..
    Freedom of views..
    Freedom for a laugh..
    Freedom for cartoonists

And respect those brutally murdered by terrorists.

    PBUH all who died.

I agree. Buying it is a nice gesture to give respect to those that died and to those that continue to work in the free work with humour and intellect.

A number of journals in France have reprinted Wednesday’s front cover, including Le Monde and Libération. The Guardian and the Independent in the UK, El País in Spain and Bild in Germany have also carried it.

Zineb El Rhazoui, a surviving columnist at Charlie Hebdo who worked on the new issue, said the cover was a call to forgive the terrorists who murdered her colleagues last week.

“We don’t feel any hate to them. We know that the struggle is not with them as people, but the struggle is with an ideology,” she told BBC Radio 4’s Today programme.

The cowardly reason is probably the main reason. Honest but cowardly.

It's either okay to make humour out of everything, or nothing. The only point that that means anything to me is perhaps the loss of nuance.
