Cheapest I can find for both is at XLShop. They have an offer for 99p
delivery at the moment. You also get 6% Quidco although I seem to always get 9%. For both cartridges it works out at £23.17 delivered. You should get around £2 from Quidco.

No.28 £11.99 -

No.56 £10.19 -

can you get these refilled is it worth it

cheers for info

I always refilled HP cartridges myself when I used a HP printer..after about 5 refills the cartridge is spent ....much depends on whether that's for you or you're quite happy to pay for new or compatible cartridges.....IMO the so called refill depots tend to overcharge for refilling but check prices in your locality.

I tend to avoid ebay for this sort of consumable...that's just me cos some traders will be using really cheap ink that will require constant head cleaning to make the cartridge work smoothly.

I'd prefer to buy compatibles from a reputable company like www.choicestationery.co.uk who I have used for several years without any problems...remember the spent cartridges will probably have a Tesco clubcard points value so check instore for details.

I have just checked them out for my printer, very good price. I had been looking for a decent deal, but often was not sure if the quality was ok.
Considering that ink is more expensive than anything else I can think of.... (e.g. 5m 21 cartrige @ £10 on hp webiste = £200 per ltr!!!!), what a rip off from printer manufacturers!

Thank you for the tip! :-D

mx2.co.uk is pretty good free delivery and they have the twin pack for £16.99 delivered and hp no. 28 is £11.69 delivered
